1. For the Marinade add the Lime juice , orange juice, tequila, garlic, ginger, liquid smoke, jalapeno in large bowl add chicken cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge overnight or for 8 hours.
2. Remove chicken from marinade and place on preheated grill at 375 degrees for 6 to 9 minutes on each side depending on chicken breast thickness until internal temperature reaches 165
3. In large bowl add corn, red onion, black beans, avocado, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, white wine vinegar along with spices chili powder and cumin powder mix together with salt to taste and place in fridge for 1 to 2 hours before serving
